Консультация по теме  «Виды искусства, материалы»

1.      Прочитать слова, относящиеся к типам искусства и заполнить таблицу (распределить слова по видам):

Types of art: cinema, theatre, literature, music, drawing, pottery, model making, spray painting,   photography, sculpture, painting, film, dance, graffiti, graphic art, wood carving (вырезание из дерева), etching and engraving (травление и гравировка), literature  ,origami (оригами)

visual arts (визуальное, изобразительное искусство)

performing arts (исполнительные виды искусства)

2.       Упр.6а, стр.74  Ответить письменно  на вопрос What kinds of art do you like and why?  (по образцу).

Домашнее задание: Прочитать текст и выразить письменно свое отношение к графити.

"Is graffiti art or vandalism ?" 

In some countries, writing or painting on walls is a crime. Sometimes, graffiti artists have problems with the police. In other countries, artists can draw and paint in certain places. For example, in Taiwan, there are 'graffiti zones' where artists can paint on walls. In São Paulo in Brazil, street artists can paint pictures on walls and houses. Their pictures are colourful and beautiful. Some tourists visit São Paulo just to see the street art!

In Bristol in the UK, there is a street art festival in August every year. Artists paint all the buildings in a street. Lots of people come to watch the artists and take photos. You can see exhibitions (выставки)of street art in some galleries too. There have been exhibitions of street art in galleries in Paris, London and Los Angeles.

But most of people believe that graffiti is more vandalism than art and most of them are made by bullies (хулиганы)and do not contain any sense. To their opinion, this form of art makes city look really ugly and run-down. There are some graffiti artists who write obscene (нецензурные) words and draw senseless pictures. They damage (разрушают) the public property by their silly drawings, spoil(портят) monuments, memorial walls, tombstones, cars, metro wagons, so. That is why it is often associated with crime and violence.
