Представим структуру в кратком виде

3. Greeting: Dear_______,
4. Introduction - введение:
a) thank friend for the letter;
b) mention something from the friend’s letter or
apologize for not writing sooner
5. Answer part (2-3
paragraphs)
a) Hi!
How are you? Thanks for your letter.It was great to receive a letter from
you.Your last letter was a real surprise.It's always nice to get your letters!I
was glad to get your letter…
b) It
was great to hear….I’m glad….Great news about your…!Sorry I haven`t written so
long, I was so busy with my school. Sorry I haven`t been in touch for so long.
( you answer all your pen friend’s questions from the
letter).
You
asked me to tell you… - ты просил меня рассказать… In your letter you
asked me… (well, by the way, anyway, so,
by the way – кстати, между прочим…)
I’d be happy to….As for me, …что касается меня…Guess
what? – представляешь?..Wish
me luck! – пожелай мне удачи!
6.Conclusion. Заключение.
a) excuse to stop writing;
- извинение за то, что надо заканчивать письмо:
a) Well, I’d better go now as I have to do my
homework.
Anyway,
I’ve got to go now because my Mum asked me to help her with the washing up.
It’s
time for my favourite TV show. let me know…. my Mum is calling me / because I
have to do my homework).
b) request to the person to reply soon. Просьба быстрее ответить:

great to hear from you!
I am happy to know you have
chosen your future profession. I’m also interested in foreign languages and
cultures. And I hope to visit the USA next summer.
As for me, I have already made up
my mind to become a teacher of foreign languages. I like to work with children.
They make me feel happy.
I have already been to Italy and
France. But I recommend you to visit Russia first for there are many places of
interest. If you travelled to Russia, I would be your guide then.
Give my best to your parents. I
look forward to hearing from you soon.
